OMG!!!!! How old am I????

Seriously, here I was. Working away at my hotel project in blissful ignorance of what was happening in the world outside of FoBE when Diane comes back from a phone call to tell me her high school roommate and our mutual classmate has a baby shower this weekend!!! A baby shower!!! Why the shock? A baby shower makes it legitimate, this is not some random case of getting knocked up and taking a few years off from school, girlfriend is married and everything. And in case you're wondering why I am freaking out like a drug addict watching his last supply get flushed down the sewer drains, I am only 21, (or as I like telling people 18 - for the 3rd year running :) but I digress. Just this afternoon I was updating my bucket list and it included flushing my boobs at traffic on a bridge. So how can I be the same age as this mum-to-be??? Surely not, she must be wired wrong. Why would anyone want to settle down this early? There's so much to do. So much to see. Stuff that can only be done by the free and unburdened. At least that's my philosophy. All the same it is quite the wake up call. Luckily I was never one to want kids so nothing like a panic attack about settling down, though I really should get a move on with that bucket list. You just never know...now which bridge should I bless with a full daylight view of my lovely lady lumps? :)

Hey lovies :) Yeah, I just finished reading GFY which featured JLO heavily so yeah I am saying lovies. Anyway, I miscalculated; this post was supposed to be yeaterday but life got in the way. Much like it did for the last year but I will pick up pace and post on a semi-regularly basis.

FINALLY

So, strange as it is, (i can hardly believe it myself) i forgot my password hence the long silence. See , I always use the same password for everything; emails, laptop, phone,EVERYTHING. I wanted the blog to be special,inaccessible. So used a diff password which i subsequently forgot. Mission accomplished; an inaccessible blog that even the owner couldn't sign in to. Anyway after trying all permutations of possible words that could have caught my fancy as suitable passwords to no avail I got a new blog. But a friend begged me to reset this password and voila! here i am typing away. Sadly i dont have much tym now so all that stuff i wanted to write all those tymz the password would frustrate me will have to wait.

Prom night, he almost didn't make it. Prilla (his sister) had just given birth to the daughter she had longed for for the past four or so years and so Emma was needed home to keep order or something - as if there was no one else who could help out. Anyway, he made it back in time, not without ruffling a few feathers though so we are kind of financially handicapped this week. But its totally worth it! Thats just the way the world works - karma, fate, yingyang, call it whatever you may but what goes up must come down. So after the ecstatic heights of Saturday night I am now wallowing in the hallowed out valley of semi-depression as a result of abject bankruptcy and loads of course work. Plus it doesn't help that one of my lecturers is pseudo-stalking me and I just might have failed at the only chance I had to impress a new lecturer. But thats fate, I guess next week will be another high.

GENESIS

So i have done it! been meaning to blog since forever! and i really mean forever, like since the dark ages or something... just never got round to it 'til now... I was just next to Prospa watching him blog and it occurred to me, I could be him, tapping away at the keys instead of looking over his shoulder. Its no big deal, I have stuff to write and now im writing away. Though im goin to have to end my first post here and set up the rest of my blog layout... l8r ^-^
